The new Nicolet Bank Digital experience is tailored to each individual user, rather than the account itself. Therefore, any transfer templates set up by one customer will not be visible to other joint account owners. This means that if a joint account owner sets up a transfer transaction, it will only appear in their personal view, not yours. You will still have access to all joint accounts and completed transactions, but you will not see any future scheduled actions that you did not personally set up.
While this change offers a more personalized experience, it may cause some confusion and lead to duplicate transfers. To avoid this, it is best to communicate with your joint account owner before setting up a new transfer.
There is a different process to pay loans at other banks (external) from your Nicolet Bank account (internal) in Digital Banking:
- Send the payment from your Nicolet Bank deposit account to the external loan via Bill Pay: Log in to Nicolet Bank Digital > Bill Pay > Add. Payments made via Bill Pay may be a physical check or electronic payment pending vendor, carefully note payment dates.
- Set up payment from the external financial institution that originated the loan. Contact your loan company, provide Nicolet Bank Routing Number 075917937, your account number, and other information they may require. Request the payment to pull from your Nicolet Bank account, for payment to the external loan.
The connection to Quicken® was reestablished on 2/28/25. After the launch of Nicolet Bank Digital, an adjustment was made for the personal connection to Quicken® Web Connect and Direct Connect. Even if you connected with Quicken® after 2/24/25, all users will need to complete a new registration process for the revised connection. We encourage all users to choose Quicken® Direct Connect which offers wider access.
- Log in to Nicolet Bank Digital (Desktop Only).
- Find Additional Services menu on top navigation bar.
- Follow screen prompts.
- Return to your Quicken® software after registration.
