Changes coming for a better digital banking experience.
Nicolet Bank Digital
Exciting changes are coming February 24, 2025 to personal online and mobile banking! We're building a better digital banking experience to make managing your finances even easier.
Nicolet Bank Digital will replace our current personal online and mobile banking, and we’ll need your help to complete the switch to the new platform.
What to Know
The information below will ensure a smooth transition:
Know your current Username and Password. You will use the same username and password as you use today for the new Nicolet Bank Digital platform. The first time you log in on the new platform, nothing will autofill into the username and password fields. Please make sure you know your current username and password. Test this information prior, by logging into the current system without using autofill, Face ID, or thumbprint.
Confirm your mobile phone number. Your mobile phone number is key during the process for your first-time login. Contact your local banker to confirm or update your preferred number.
Note your current alerts. Once you are successfully in the new platform, account and card alerts will need to be reestablished. Please make note of your current alerts to set up in the new system.
If you use Quicken or QuickBooks, make sure to save a backup of your transaction data.
While we upgrade to the new system, personal online and mobile banking will experience downtime.
