Account Setup

Navigate to nicoletbank.com.

• Select the "LOGIN" button in the upper right-hand corner.
• Click the "First time user?"

Select your type of account from the dropdown.

Note, HSAs are categorized as checking accounts and Money Markets are categorized as checking accounts.

Enter the following fields:

• Account number
  Full account number entered in this box.
• Social Security number
  Full SSN without dashes entered in this box.
• PIN
  For your security, please refer to the printed guide to service changes that was mailed to you.
• Email address
  Email address on file with the bank or your new address if you are looking to update it. It will still allow you to move forward with registration if the email address does not match what is on file.

Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

• Select "I Agree" to proceed.
• If you select "I Decline," you will exit the setup process.

Create your username.

Will not allow you to continue if that username is already used.

Create your password.

The red x's will turn green once you meet the criteria.

Next, set up your challenge questions.

Start by selecting a question from the dropdown and then provide the answer in the following field.

Mobile Banking Enrollment

A separate tab will open with mobile banking terms and conditions. Check the box to get the "continue" box to pop up.

Then, a page comes up with mobile banking services. You can:

• Elect to have an SMS sent to your phone with a link that will open your phone's app store. That way you will not have to search for our app in the app store.
• Or just download the app on your own after creating the username on a desktop page and log into the app without the above steps with your username and password.

No matter what mobile banking button you choose, you'll then land on the homepage of online banking.
